Mold in Middleton Restaurant

This was a shared wall between two businesses in a commercial strip center mall in Middleton Massachusetts. One of the businesses was a restaurant. The kitchen had a slow pipe leak that had been going on for years and introduced a lot of water into the area.  Water plus food source creates an ideal environment for mold and sure enough that's what we found!

Our SERVPRO of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead team first had the leak repaired and then began working on removing the mold.  Containment was set up and the mold was physically removed. 

The restaurant owner also wanted to ensure there was no smell for his customer so negative air and a hydroxyl generator were used.  The customer's never knew any work was being done and the owner couldn't have been happier with our work!
